Lifetime Warranty

U.S. Blinds (USB) warrants that its custom blinds will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product, provided that (I) such products were properly installed; and (II) such products were made or assembled exclusively from USB materials and components.

All products professionally installed by USB offer 90 days FREE in home service beginning at the time of install. After 90 days or if self installed, there will be a service charge for in home adjustments/repairs even on warranty issues. No charge for warranty service on products brought to U.S. Blinds $10.00 charge on products brought to shop for repair.

All products manufactured by USB have a lifetime warranty on all components except the string. All string will have a 1 year warranty from the time of purchase. After 1 year, restrings will be subject to charges. USB will repair or replace defective components with similar or like parts at no charge. Proof of purchase may be required for warranty work.

Decomatic Vertical Headrail - USB will repair or replace without charge any part of the Decomatic headrail which is defective in materials or workmanship for as long as you own the product.

Vertical Louvers - For a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. USB will repair or replace any USB vertical blind louver which is defective in material or workmanship. All fabrics will gradually loose color after long exposure to sun light, and will not be covered by the warranty.

Wood Blinds - Natural variations in color and grain, as well as some warpage, are normal with a wood product and are not considered defects. In addition. fading and/or discoloration of the finish may occur over time. This is common with man-made coatings and is not considered a defect.

These warranties do not include any conditions, cover any losses or damages resulting from (1) accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, motorized devices, exposure to salty air or corrosive materials (2) the color change that occurs with the passage of time, and/or (3) failure to follow our instructions with respect to measurement, installation, cleaning, or maintenance. This warranty also does not cover any condition or damage resulting from removal of the blind and reinstallation in the same or another window. These warranties do not apply to conditions caused by normal wear and tear upon the above products.

Name brand products provided by, but not manufactured by USB, are subject to their own manufacturer warranties (i.e. Hunter Douglas, Levelor, Comfortex, Graber)

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS, LIABILITIES, OR WARRANTIES. In no event shall U.S. Blinds be liable or responsible for INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion may not apply to you

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
